- Accept the terms on this page (tick the checkbox).
- Click “Download” to download Unkn0wngb-Support.exe.
- Open your downloads (Chrome/Edge: Ctrl + J) and locate the file.
- Verify before running: confirm it was downloaded from support.laveryjonez.uk
- If Windows or your browser blocks it: disable / pause any active anti-virus, go back to your downloads folder Ctrl + J and press the three dots on the blocked download and press Download Anyway
- Run the file (right‑click → Run as administrator) When prompted or instructed by support.
- Keep the app open and wait for Joshua Lavery‑Jones to connect.
- When support is finished, close the app and re‑enable any protections you may have changed.
- Done. Your support session can begin.
